I purchase a big bag of wheat cents from a 99.6% Ebay seller.&nbsp;&nbsp; It was suppose to be shipped USPS and I guessed it would take about 2 weeks.&nbsp; Well it did not show up.&nbsp; On the 29th of June, I sent an email to this seller questioning the status of my order.&nbsp; A couple of days later I received an return email to the effect how sorry she was&nbsp; and a lot of bag coins she had sent were lost in the mail and the Postal Service was investigating.&nbsp; I think the email said something like 12,000 cents were lost somehow.&nbsp;&nbsp; Anyhow the big delay was she was expecting a big replacement from her distributor and all the orders should be re shipped the weekend of the 4th.&nbsp; She added she would send me a tracking order shortly.</p><p><br /></p><p>On July 3rd I received a tracking number and they would be via pay pal shipping thing.&nbsp; The tracking number does not show any activity other than her notification these coins would be shipped.&nbsp; Yesterday I sent another little email stating that if i did not receive these coins by the end of the week I would be forced to resolve this transaction through Pay pal since my time to file a dispute is running out.&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p><br /></p><p>Should note here, I had the option of obtaining insurance for these coins but chose not to as it is my understanding this is the seller responsibility.&nbsp; Anyhow the seller said she had insured them.&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p><br /></p><p>I do not want to get to long fingered here but I would like some opinions from some who may have dealt with this.&nbsp; I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt but that can be dangerous.&nbsp; Should I give them a few more days or proceed with a dispute.&nbsp; &nbsp; I did use Pay Pal and, on the advice of this forum payed with my Credit Card.&nbsp;&nbsp; Thanks and I hope I made some sense.<img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie1" alt=":)" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" />[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
