I don't think there is anything at all wrong with detatching the investment aspect of numismatics from the enjoyment aspect; however, I dont think coin collecting should be presented as only a hobby, or for people to constantly assume the only righteous way to collect coins is as a hobby.</p><p>On the contrary...
