Doesn't appear to be recognized by PCGS, which only attribute the FS-101, FS-102, and FS-103. Anyone know? @ldhair
    It's a PCGS MS64 BN.

It's late now but I'll try to remember to look in Snow's guide tomorrow.

If you are basing the RPD on the last "9" in the date; I'm not convinced your coin is an RPD.
Sometimes I fail to see the obvious. What is it on this coin that leads you to the RPD conclusion? If it is the anomaly exhibited by the last "9" in the date - I am not convinced that is the result of a RPD.

The 9 and the doubling at the top of the 8 digit.

The proposed re- 20191225 1899 RPD a.JPG punch doesn't appear geometric to me.

Tough one to ID since there are a number of varieties with that area of the last 9 showing that sort of RPD.
But the one variety that looks to be a match depends on what I appear to be seeing inside the bottom loop of the 8.
    If I'm correct then it's a Snow 2a (S-2a), 1899, 899/899 (nw).
A good image of the reverse should help seal the deal.

And if I'm right, that's a scarcer variety.
