I'm a "Free" member of NGC and I've contacted them regarding coins / tokens that I was interested in that they previously certified, and was impressed with their helpful responses within a few days. Right now they have Premium Membership on sale, and I think I'm going to jump for the $150 credit. I have some hammered silver medieval English coins and some medals that I'd like them to grade. I've only ever submitted to ICG before, which went well, but I though they undergraded a 1915 Pan Pac medal and designated an English coin (Edward I "Longshanks" silver penny) as "Damaged" when it appears just to be normal hammered silver (when compared to NGC slabbed similar pieces that I have acquired) and so I'd be curious to see what NGC said. I also have a toned 1883 Hawaii quarter in an old little ANACS white holder that's currently EF45 that I think is a 50/53. It appears that I could submit these under the "Economy" $23 per coin / medal tier but I can't see the submission form as I'm not a paid member with submission privileges - does anyone know what they charge for shipping and insurance back per coin? I'd like to know the total cost for 10 coin / medal submission aside from the $23 (not including my shipping and insurance to them, I already know that) - I'll probably submit 10 medals / coins.

I'm well aware that PCGS slabs command the best prices, typically, in the marketplace, but I'm a collector, not an investor or dealer, and I'm not worried about that, I just want authentication and accurate grading. The Premium Membership is on sale for $99, normally $149 for a few days - "Enter code FLASHSALE before June 28, 2022, to claim your Premium membership and $150 credit." It's the credit that makes it interesting to me. This membership tier includes:

Full access to online resources, including the NGC Census, NGC Registry, chat boards and more (which I already have with my "Free" membership)

Direct submission privileges to NGC as well as its independent affiliates within the Certified Collectibles Group: NCS, PMG, CGC and CCS

10% off display boxes and select add-on services such as Early Releases, special labels and Scratch-Resistant holder upgrades

A $150 grading credit with NGC

If anyone has any thoughts - Pro or Con - I'd like to hear them.
