When the Mint was giving away "Free Mint Bags" with an order that was the elastic bad that was wrapped the bag.
It was a joke at the time when people were talking about the gold CAC label.
By the way I still have one in an un-open box, I found it behind a bookcase.

 

I now feel I need to encapsulate my canvas bags I buy S-mint circ. quality ATB quarters in. Gee, thanks. Maybe slab the little labels and the string they use to sew them shut, too.

 

I think I also have a nail that did NOT fall into the dime planchet bin at Philly during the construction project.

 

I'm looking for a SBA struck on a railroad spike.

 

If you wait until Monday, I'm sure I can produce one struck by a railroad spike. Will that do? I'll even take orders for dates. No near date or Type 2 proofs, though.
