Brian Wagner While not a famous name or face, Brian has brought the matte proof Lincoln into the mainstream and has assembled some of the most spectacular collections that have ever exsisted. #4.) David Lange While not a dealer due to his affiliation with NGC, David's book is considered the bible to collectors, and his knowledge is vast.
