Mystery Medallion: Major Library, European?

    It could be the Austrian National Library. (this room, or whatever is called the Prunksaal). Look especially at he 4th picture down.... http://blog.kenkaminesky.com/2011/10/17/most-beautiful-library-world/
    Also look at other pics on the web of the National Library. Sure looks similar. And there was an 80mm bronze medal made in 1926 by A. Hartig to commemorate the bicentenary of that library but it was supposed to have something on the reverse (see: )

    The seventh picture down shows two...guys (?) holding up a large medal. I think we have a winner here.

    i wish serching by image would work at lot better then it currently does it would help in sitituatons like this alot
