I tried all sorts things prior, like the patch and gum etc. Lots of people have said that they simply read the book and stopped cold turkey - needless to say I was extremely skeptical, but I recognize the power of ideas in the written word so I gave it an honest chance. To my surprise, I smoked my last cigarette while reading the book and have not smoked in almost a year - and have no cravings whatsoever. It's worth a shot.[/QUOTE]
