my unknown coin

i bought a bag of foreign coins from ebay i get this coin with chines writing on it can any tell what kind of coin is this an what year it was minted

it is a token. chinese coins either have circle or square holes. this one is not a currency. therefore, no minting, no year. tokens are just tokens

 

if i remember correctly these were made in the united states for a world fair in the last century?
