Just want to show my $1 star note with a true flipper serial number of I00069000*. Even the prefix letter of "I" is a flipper letter too as well as the star symbol. This $1 is from 9th District and "9" is a flipper number too that it becomes "6" when turned upside down. And the serial contains "9" and "6" numbers.
