Bertolami presented <a href="https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=1467094" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=1467094" rel="nofollow">this one</a> as a rare imitation from Judaea. (If it's real, the jury is still deciding what it is!) Still, these are only somewhat similar to your coin.
