That's a great idea. Never thought of that. Even my cell phone that has a crappy camera would be good enough for that.

 

Better yet a piece of paper with your forum name and a hand written date would do well.

I would imagine both dealers and collectors get good at taking photos of coins just for documentation purposes alone. Some new phones the camera's inside them rival professional stand alone cameras.
