[QUOTE="Clawcoins, post: 3226598, member: 77814"]okay, so some of my coin collection the Dealers here would never touch. They're not the high profit flipping variety. :) I'm just after examples of history (and not fake) that I enjoy the designs of. In this case we have the Draped Bust of a Dollar, Half Dollar, Quarter and Half Cent (no eagle, but it's cool to have Half a Cent). Yes, I'm after a Dime, Half Dime, Cent too. I started enjoying the design of not the Obverse, but the Reverse and only after I obtained some Coronet Head Double Eagles, which are similar (to me) in design. I also enjoy the historical time frame of these coins as they are closer to the birth of Independence of the US. But if you've ever read some of my stuff in the past I enjoy collecting "Eagle" designs. So for me the Reverse Eagle details are far more important to me than what ever is on the Obverse when it comes to heavily circulated though expensive coinage. But with these old coins sometimes the pickings are slim at certain price points but I still enjoy them. I plan on sending them for authentication (sooner or later), although I'll hate the plastic slabs. But for these I look at the plastic slabs are more protection and authentication than anything else. Does anyone know if these are any specific attribution or what not? Enjoy.
