I was kind of confused because I couldn't imagine this happening very often but she said they have mishaps weekly and coins will end up in a pile on the floor.  When I told her I couldn't be sure she asked me to speculate and I tried my best since I had won rolls from this seller before. It ended up being one of the best rolls I ever received with a couple of other silver dimes and some VDB's. (The seller only taped the shortest way around the package and didn't tape the long way and evidently, it just popped out going through the machinery. They were relieved they didn't have to issue a credit.)[/QUOTE]
