A VITELLIVS IMP GERMAN / FIDES EXERCITVVM S C As, Tarraco, January/July 69 RIC 42, C 14, BMCRE 103, Sear 2217, CBN 17, ERIC 153 ... für den musste ich dafür auch am tiefsten in die Tasche greifen
Das glaube ich gerne! Schön ist er. Glückwunsch! Habe selber nur ein Pertinax As in meiner Sammlung. Der war aber noch erschwinglich. Nice collection you have there, by the way.
Yessss! That should be the next step I think I will complete one more line in the tray so it is 8 x 8 = 64 bronzes. I already have a Julia Soaemias and a Herennia Etruscilla Sestertius waiting and it is only a matter of time until a nice unpatinated Otacilia Severa comes along, so the other likely suspects will be: - Balbinus - Livia - Gallienus - Herennius Etruscus - Hostilian - Aemilian (Aaaaaaarrrgh!)
=> a way bigger box!! Wow, Julius-G => I always love the looks/fabric of your coins (cozy eye-appeal and great style) ... oh, and you take nice coin-photos Hmmm, but you don't seem to have too many "animal-coin" reverses ... only one (the horses in the funeral procession) ... if I were you, I'd try to toss-in a couple more animal-reverses (they're refreshing, when compared against the usual genius types) => congrats on an amazingly great year of collecting (you rock!!)
