Before I buy anything I check eBay and if I can use PayPal I do even though it costs a little more if I am the seller. I've had a couple issues and they were always worked out. I think if you are not able to work through these issues maybe you are one of those unreasonable people that always seem to be ahead of me in line when I am especially in a hurry. Okay, you were overcharged $3 but if you would just shut up and move along I would gladly give you $5. eBay is like a pay raise!
Just remember that a confirmation does not guarantee door to door delivery, Best to insure your package. Nothing leaves my home no matter what the cost without insurance!
