Problem with that logic is that NGC has already stated that your 42- proof is only worth 1450 points. Look at your "20th Century Series Type Set, Proofs & Non-Proofs" set.

Thats the odd thing, for different sets the same coin gets a different score. I had some coins that were WAY higher in one set than another. Don't know how they figure that.

I think your latest purchase doesn't fit with the rest of the set, and you copped out.

I don't know enough about coins to give an "educated" opinion but I have just started paying more attention the the Jefferson Nickels and I have to say that yours are gorgeous! Congrats on finishing a set. I have yet to come close to doing that. My "sets" I'm working on aren't of any one range of grade either. Right now I'm taking what I can get. LOL
