    The MPCs are cool but I'm missing what the point of the Mexican, Chinese, and Silver Cert have to do with military paper currency. Also, a random Kennedy half.

    Yes, Series 681 MPC was used in Vietnam.

    I was assuming the astronaut must have been Ed White. The first American to walk in space back in the 60's.

    Yes, it is Ed White. The image is from a NASA photograph. The image on the other side of the note is from a picture of the USS Thomas A. Edison only that image was altered to remove some of the people in it.

    FYI, there were many issues that overlapped the Vietnam war such as the 641,661
    And yes the 681 just to name a few, i like the Series 681 best because out of
    All the Series printed there the only ones the depict Military services, talk
    About shaking your head....LOL

    Guys.. I had mentioned to the OP to create a separate thread here in the Paper Currency forum. He had posted them in his My Error Coins thread a few days ago. Looks like he's still learning how to decide what goes where.
