Had to make a stop at Staples today for a new keyboard and in an effort to kill two birds, I stopped at the KFC in the parking lot on the way out.(no pun intended).

When the clerk handed me the change. I immediately recognized the reverse design of the cent as wheat. A slight sense of excitement struck.

I got back to the office and before I could attack the yard bird, I had to see what was on the other side of that coin. I dropped it in a closed fist, blew on it, shook it around a bit, yelled "Come to Poppa" and rolled it out on the desk.

Dang, I left my glasses in the truck,
I waited until the last bite of coleslaw to fetch them. Not a total flop I don't think, I believe it is a RPM or did I shake it too hard? 20190117_122840.jpg

I bet a lot of that dark stuff would clean right off, then it might not look like an RPM.
I see a lot of numbers and letters that look quite similar.
