    Very nice, it is indeed a Khusro II. I can't make out the date or mint from your photo (a combination of dark toning and slightly out-of-focus photo), but because Khusro is wearing his second type of crown, and based on the reverse type of the attendants, it is probably from between Years 2-10. I'd say $50 is a bit high but not crazy for this coin. Welcome to the exciting world of Sasanian coins! (And also please post in the Ancients section, so all the other Sasanian fans will notice it.)
