The SAVOCA auction listed it as Maximianus Herculius. And, yes, I did feel at the time I was searching that the "NOB CAES" was odd for Maximianus. Admittedly, I do not focus my collection and interest in the Roman Empire period.  Rather, my passion is the Roman Republic and those entities that interacted with them at that time.  So, again, everyone's kind help aided me in learning a little more of the Empire coins.
