i just wanted to update this, as my op has some incorrect info.

after doing several months of research into this coin, i have come to the conclusion that it is a class 10cf3(b2). i base this decision on the observations that the obverse legend reads +EDWA R ANGL DNS HYB (incorrectly stated in op), that the crown is crown 3, the hair is the "mayfield" hair variety, and that the letters "e" and "h" are the late style lettering. class 10cf3(b2) was struck under edward ii, not edward i, which i incorrectly stated in the op. this coin was minted between 1307 and 1310. i apologize for providing the incorrect info previously.
