Is Poland the Country of this coin ? Or Hungary ? I am trying to look it up in my Krause world coin catalogs. Not seeing it.

No, the actual coin was struck under the Holy Roman Empire. The Emperor a Habsburg resided in Vienna/ Austria. Breslau was the mint in Silesia, at that time part of the Empire. During the, "Seven Year's War" they lost Silesia to Friedrich II "Der Grosse" of Brandenburg-Preussen. In Friedberg its listed under Austria/ under Joseph I 1705-11.
They struck massive 100 Dukaten (350g.) down to teeny-weenie 1/32 Dukats!

Actually, I just checked my Krause AV Coinage 1600-present. The coins of Breslau Mint struck under the Holy Roman Empire are not listed:shame::shame::shame::shame::shame::shame::shame::shame::shame::shame: Big boo boo by Krause!

Not really, when you put it into context.
1/ Its in FDC....not many 1711 coins around in mintstate,
    2/ Its RRR= 3-5 known
3/ Most coins from tis Emperor are elusive
4/ Breslau Mint material had low mintages
Compare too US 1849-C AV Dollar coin
    1/ 5 known
2/ Charlotte Mint coins are hard to get in FDC
    3/ value $700K-$1 millionUS

So, a teal at 2600 euros!
