My first Gold bar

I'm looking at a 1 grain bar... something fun that I can show around, unlike my gold coins.

I love the look of gold... Nothing glitters like it!

 

Would it be at all possible to take a photo with a quarter in it? I don't know how large 1g bars are

 

Maybe those are standard size staples on that assay card? You could put a quarter next to a stapled staple. :thumb:

 

I think the quarter would cover the assay card, its about the size of a eraser on the end of a pencil..:yes:

I remember buying those little things back when I was a teenager, the only problem with gold is it is sort of addictive and you want bigger bars. The one big one I own is worth three times what I paid for it in early '06 and I am thinking it might be a good thing to sell to fund further coin purchases and let my lovely wife shop a bit on.

 

might not be a gold buffalo nickel but still holds value!
