    Looks like you bet there were 200 Ike's in the bag. But what you have failed to do was add in the weight of the bag.


    Since the OP made the note that the number of coins in the bag is in intervals of 50, what this contest really comes down to is who can guess the weight of the bag when it is empty.
    Because the only options we have for coin weight are 2.5 lbs, 5.0 lbs, 7.5 lbs, 10.0 lbs, and 12.5 lbs (I doubt 300 Ike's fit in that bag). Those are the weights for 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 Ike's. I rounded all those weights to the nearest half pound just to make this easier for me.
    So I guess this contest comes down to three things: Who can guess how many Ike's are in the bag, who can do some basic conversions, and then who can guess closest to the weight of the bag when it's empty.

    Having multiple user names is not permitted, so Etha has been banned as well. Now, you were banned for 1 week as Eps. At the end of that week you can post again.

    But, if you continue to register additional user names you will be banned forever - under any name.

    We have rules here, you either obey the rules or you are not welcome as a member of this forum. You were banned for repeatedly breaking the rules even after you were warned multiple times to stop doing so.

    I suggest you learn from that.

    Atarian, and everybody else - my apologies. When I read your beginning comments and got to where it says - "So here it goes again:" - I jumped to conclusions and closed the thread. I was incorrectly assuming you were posting the same contest over again. I was wrong. But I was gone all day yesterday and did not know that until now.

    Anyway, this contest is fine. Again my apologies.
