Saying &#039;please&#039; and &#039;thank you&#039; and &#039;I understand&#039;, etc., can still go a long ways in most situations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Yep, I&#039;ve gotten stung on ebay like any beginner, and will likely get stung again.
