I went to the Annapolis coin show today with my son. We have only been to the Baltimore Whitman show before. I met my first fellow CTer @Paddy54 who was kind enough to gift my son some beautiful proof nickels and a nice token from the Gettysburg show that we wanted to go to but weren't able. My son was really shy but on the ride home he couldn't stop talking about how shiny those nickels were! Thanks Paddy

Well there was one ancient dealer there and he had some pretty cool pieces. All well out of my price range. He then pulled out an envelope that had a few of his "not as nice" specimens. I picked out these 2 coins mainly for the portraits. I thought they are pretty nice. I paid $35 for the 2 coins together and I'm honestly not sure if that is a good price or not. But again, I liked the portraits and these are the 2 biggest ancients I have in my collection Tell me what you think!

Marcus Aurelius.
