:D - I cannot wait to tell my wife :) . Of course her first comment will be - lets sell it :( . Maybe I'll keep it a secret and just enjoy the fact that I got a good deal... OK - So here are a couple photos of the coins. I know there is a fair amount of wear on the reverse and the toning especially on the reverse is dark. How would you grade it? The mark on the bottom of the obverse going across the coin is on the 2x2 not the coin. Change gears a little - A very nice old lady sitting next to me asked a question after I won the Morgan. "How are you going to clean that?" Before I could answer, she replied "If I had won that I was thinking of using toothpaste on it" :rolling: So no matter what I saved this coin from a scrubbing with a tooth brush and crest toothpaste. My response was "would you refinish an antique piece of furniture". The result is the same - you reduce the value possibly substantially and everyone that looks at it will know it has been refinished. Any info on the token would also be appreciated.
