An online company having customer’s e-mails going in the trash? I wanted to know when my order would be shipped. He went on about the difficulty of knowing if funds drawn on a credit union account had cleared payment, and how I already had “their confirmation number”, which was given verbally over the phone (I had to call them back to get it).  He couldn’t understand that all I wanted was a written confirmation of my order, which corresponded with the amount remitted.     After 2 ½ weeks and I finally go my order in the mail.  I don’t like the way this company does their business (no confirmation of my order in writing). The attitude of the owner was something else. I will not be doing any subsequent orders with them.[/QUOTE]
