However, I wasn't going to drop almost $70 to find out with shipping. So, put it on the watch list, and it ended without bids. Contacted the seller the next day, with an offer of $40 shipped for the lot, figuring at least the melt value of the Ike's and the Kennedy was about $24 and I could fall back on that. Seller and I worked out the deal, and he sent it on its way.</p><p><br /></p><p>So, package arrived this morning, ripped it open. The Ike's were normal, not PegLeg, but I'm pretty sure I scored on a small date '70 cent:</p><p><br /></p><p>[ATTACH]239037.vB[/ATTACH][ATTACH]239038.vB[/ATTACH][ATTACH]239039.vB[/ATTACH]</p><p><br /></p><p>Weak strike on LIBERTY, curved "pointy 9" pointing back to the 7 instead of the mint mark, with the tapered edge, and of course the top of the 7 level with the 9 and the 0.</p><p><br /></p><p>So, think it's a small date?
