It costs us time and money to service them and they have zero interest in helping us.&nbsp; We are here to service our customers and have no obligation to service those who don&#039;t want to do business with us. The bank I work at is open 7 days a week and we get hounded on the weekends for change orders from non account holder businesses and customers. If they want our weekend service, then open an account.&nbsp; If they say they are not interested in an account, we charge them. It&#039;s a business decision, period.&nbsp; We hear every sob story, but that&#039;s just it, it&#039;s usually a story.
