Compared to my 1961 and 1942 quarters, it is amazing. There is no "darkening" of the color of the coin on this one, much like my aforementioned 1964 Halfie, it looks awesome.)</p><p><br /></p><p>Also, although not a U.S. coin, I received from my boss a 2 troy-ounce silver round that was made by the Crabtree Mint in Paradise, Ca. (Just a few minutes away from my home town.) It is really cool, it says on it "Guaranteed to purchase this ingot for no less that $100 after Dec. 25, 1986." I guess the story behind it was some guy from the Crabtree mint was going around selling people this hunk of .999 fine silver for like, $60 or something, and in a couple years time he would come back and buy it for no less than $100 bucks, even if silver tanked. Needles to say he skipped town...I am kind of fuzy on all the details, I'll get the full story from my boss tomorrow and correct this post![/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
