They were minted from 1911-1964 in London, India, Perth and Melbourne (which is pronounced Mel-bin). The mint marks are varied and wide mostly are focused on dots on areas around the coin. Some years such as 1920 have 4 different patterns of dots making tons of interesting varieties to collect.</p><p>The key year is 1930 with the semi key dates being 1925 and 1946. The rest of the collection is fairly easy to collect and quiet cheap, making this a great collection for the young collector or those without a lot of funds.</p><p>I have almost completed a whole set of these wonderful coins. Missing about 10 including varieties.
