They both have better luster than my slabbed MS65s but more chatter on the face and fields. IMO the 71-D with so many distracting marks is not a keeper and is probably a pretty common find i would put it in MS63 possibly lower. The 77 is in better shape and has great luster but with said scratch on reverse and chatter on obverse i would say a shot at MS64 and long shot at MS65.
