I can't see him postponing posting for that long. I know this is killing him as much as it is you guys....4/5, 8 am.
Just re-read the rules: Since I won't really be on here for a few more weeks and there has to be some cut off date to make it fair, the last day you can post your answer will be March 31st. Guess that knocks out my last guess..........
there are no rules except he wont be coming back to post on CT Harvey you still havent taken him to the doctor
Thank you! WOW! This contest was FUBAR! So much for this time thing and mutiple post thing. I felt like Will Ferrell in Anchorman when he jumped into the bear pit and he says, "I immediately regret this decission." Well, that is how I felt. Sorry to drag everyone through this painfully excrutiating contest. LOL! I really thought that it would be several weeks before I hit 2000 posts. So what set this in motion..... well, obviously I was getting ready to hit 2000 posts and I wanted to hold a contest. Also, about 2 months ago, I began a home project that took up every bit of my free time. So all the time that I normally would have spent on CT, I spent painting, putting up tile, more painting, ripping down walls, more painting, etc LOL! you all get the picture. Up until about two weeks ago, all was fine. I wasn't really posting and I didn't think I would even come close to 2000 posts until well after April 1st. Then two weeks ago I went on a posting spree and basically messed everything up. I had this whole plan to post pics of the prizes and to keep everyone periodically updated, but that all went to hell in a handbasket when I hit 1,999 posts. I gotta admit, it was kind of funny to see everyone changing their guesses. I can only imagine all your frustration. So anyway, I wasn't planning on posting the results until this weekend, but I see a couple of threads that I want to post in and figure I will end all the pain and suffering tonight. First of all, I wanted to thank everyone who participated. I have to say I was impressed with several members (Luis, ryanbrooks, spock, noost, the man12) for taking advantage of the contest rules and changing their guesses as often as possible. Even mikenoodle, sketcherpbr and tator and a few other members changed their guesses here and there. So thanks gang for keeping up with this. I tried to keep tabs on everyones guesses over the past few weeks and have concluded that there were two winners who picked April 2nd as my 2000th post day. The two winners are Sholom and 06Colorado! Congrats to both these members. Since nobody guessed within an hour of my posting time, the grand prize will not be awarded, but carried over for the contest in July. 06Colorado won top prize with his date and time of April 2nd at 6:12 PM. Sholom took second prize with a time of 4PM and I am actually going to award a third prize to the next closes person which is Mrbrklyn for his guess of April 3rd at 9:43am. Congrats to these members and if you send me a pm with your address, I should hopefully have your prizes out to you all this weekend. Thanks again everyone!!! :hail::bow::thumb: Thanks again everyone, and I hope my next contest in July for my 2yr anniversary on CT will go much smoother!
Spock, this was so funny! Wouldn't that be classic if I never posted again and assumed a new name.....maybe Isaiah!

Here are some pics. I had a buddy help me do most of the work.....or rather I had him do most of the work, but I did help him quite a bit and learned a bunch of stuff along the way. I forgot to take before pics so you can't see what it looked like, but at least you can see the progress and the near final pics. I am still waiting for the sink to come in on the one bathroom. This first set of pics is right after we finished gutting an old bathroom. This was the original bathroom of the house. The tub/shower was non functional and had to come out. The previous owner had the bathroom retiled on the floor and put a new cabinet in it, but time took its toll. The house was built in 1950. As we later found out, nothing was level or squared up and we had to improvise quite a bit.
