I should be finding a Denver mint soon if Philadelphia are out already.
Being Colorado Springs I should get a few rolls once I get back to the bank. Will post obverse and reverse as soon as I have one.

Is that a die chip I see at the top left corner of the shield?

It looks like a ding-a-ling to me, like the others near the bottom of the shield. It's a shame because I was prepared to give this coin a high grade.....MS66

I'm still looking for a 2015-D and you already have a 2016? Stop being an overachiever! :D

It's on my desk at work but I think it's just a couple hits.

So mint generated die chips, cracks, cuds MD, struck thru grease, etc... would take away from its grading level?

    bdunnse Who dat?

Got my first 2016-D cent yesterday! L.A. area.

It's at least an MS70PLDMPL RPD001abcd...z. Trust me...you don't need to see pictures of either side.

On your desk at work?? Really?? That penny will be gone tomorrow morning. Picked up by the cleaning crew tonight!! : (
    Only kidding. : )

No! Nicks and dings that are "post-strike" will reduce the grade.

No, I don't mean pmd. I mean during the minting process. Die chips, cracks, cuds MD, struck thru grease, etc... are created during the minting process, right? Will those reduce the grade?

No, it won't. Errors, like those which you mention, are graded on the same scale as any coin.
