Is this a color scan or B&W?

 

It's really hard to tell a coin's surface condition from scans. Can you get any kind of photos of both sides to post?

Yes, it may be AU details but it means that the coin has been altered in the cleaning process. This reduces the value.

 

I don't see that coin as being worth $65. I'd say in the $35-$45 range.

 

I would pay 35 if I bought cleaned coins, one of the characteristics of a cleaned coin is little tiny scratches, called hairlines, you would be able to see under a magnifying glass. Sometimes it is more obvious than others.

 

Your coin looks as if it was cleaned and that lowers the value. I would expect the coin you posted to be about $35.00.
