Since records were mentioned...I learned how to use Access and created a database to catalog my ancients. Excel is great for my tokens but was too limited for how I wanted to catalog my ancients.

I have something similar on my PC. I haven't fully developed it yet and plan to do so but laziness is a factor here. lol

 

I bought a new computer a couple of years ago (Windows 8) and wanted a word processing program to replace the Microsoft Office I had been using. I didn't want to pay so I went looking for the cheap stuff. I ended up with ksosoft WPS which is a Chinese copy of Office. The basic package was free and I have used it extensively since then and have no problem with it.
