I am just looking for a good coin at a FAIR price, not looking to make or lose money, not look for a profit or to take someone for a valuable coin at a cheap price or be taken. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>If we all just buy from people we know...we never would meet and develop relationships with new sellers or collector / sellers. I take chances with every new dealer I use but I have found all the good ones by taking a chance and buying from them. I have had a few rocky deals but in the end, I have had very few bad experiences on ebay.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I cant say enough how important a decent scan or picture is. I could care less what they grade it and if its slabbed thats fine as long as I am not paying for the slab <img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie1" alt=":)" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /> If I had advice for any seller...photos...good ones...maybe a close up or 2. Less yakkity yak...more photos.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I DO think that fake sellers should be exposed at all turns. There are good sellers on ebay making money I assume, they arent selling there because they are losing money. I will also say that sometimes dealers are just charging too much for a coins and blaming it on something besides the high profit margin...honestly...there is NO shortage of good dealers selling on ebay. I see DO see flippers as a problem as well as they are trying to squeeze a few extra dollars off a coin they often didnt get a great deal on in the first place... If some can make more money selling elsewhere though, more power to them. I dont think scammers are hurting good honest sellers in any other way than making people scared of taking a chance on them.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
