Consistency and customer service seem to be issues with PCGS of late.&nbsp;&nbsp; Even if you laugh off consistency, you cant very well laugh off or discount customer service.&nbsp; &nbsp; I have never personally dealt with PCGS, but it seem to me like a pattern is starting to form.&nbsp; I read a lot of coin blogs, articles, posts, and have PM and email conversations with collectors and dealers.&nbsp; The PCGS PR people might want to do some re-education of their front-line troops before this bad reputation spreads any farther.</p><p><br /></p><p>Just my .02[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
