I read all the reviews, they all seem legitimate to me except one where they guy was complaining about his high-value coins coming back cleaned. Most people would not review a TPG on Yelp, it just doesn't make sense unless you are really mad at PCGS / NGC and are looking to maximize the number of sites to list your review. So to me, it makes sense PCGS has such a low score, as mostly only the angry people (even if there complaints are 100% legitimate) are going to bother. It's not only average-joes that are saying this kind of stuff. A very big dealer who lives in Maine, who is widely respected nationwide, has recently told @Mainebill that he is switching over to NGC, and he also stated this publicly on his blog. Consistency and customer service seem to be issues with PCGS of late. Even if you laugh off consistency, you cant very well laugh off or discount customer service. I have never personally dealt with PCGS, but it seem to me like a pattern is starting to form. I read a lot of coin blogs, articles, posts, and have PM and email conversations with collectors and dealers. The PCGS PR people might want to do some re-education of their front-line troops before this bad reputation spreads any farther. Just my .02
