?

Do the coins deserve to be graded MS-70?

  1. Yes; all of these MS-70's are genuinely perfect.

    44.0%
  2. No; the professional grading companies are being too generous with their gradings.

No, I'm talking about the 2003 Lincoln that PCGS graded (link below) and was auctioned by Teletrade, I believe.

I voted that the tpgs NGC - PCGS if they give a coin a Ms70 are correct because they are as perfect as they can be , but also there is maybe one or two minute marks on a MS-69 , So why pay extra for a 70 .

Maybe since it only cost them $13,500 to buy it back!!

Thanks for the info, Jaime. Man, I sure hope I can get off those drugs they are giving me since the operation. I'm hallucinating about too many things lately. I don't know where in the world I got the idea that this coin sold for 7 figures. I HATE PILLS!

If my guess is right, you would be taking Plavix. They put me on that after they gave me a stent. All the side effects are supposed to be cosmetic - except on me. 3 days after I stopped taking it, I could do twice as much as I could while I was on it. 3 doctors and several nurses have never heard of such a thing.

The '63 PF did not develop a spot in the slab. The dang thing had the spots, yes spots - plural, on it the day it was slabbed.

    The 2003 was later down-graded to a 69.
