As I said, no matter what it says, that&#039;s not necessarily what you could get for it if you decided to sell it. Let&#039;s be honest. those figures mean nothing when you are ready to sell. Nobody is going to pay full book price anyway.</p><p>Now, I have spent enough time explaining my goofs, and the meaning and why etc. I did NOT mean to demean anyone.
