MOU with Greece - status?

    Hi,
    has the MOU been extended? I could not find anything relevant on .gov sites. Does it mean that restrictions are going to expire on Dec 1st, 2016?

    As to the current agreement. What does Kingdom of Macedon under Alexander refer to? Its overlap with modern Greece? Or the whole empire at its largest size?
