What kind of error is this?
    What’s it worth?

And the most common answer is:
It’s not an error, it’s damaged.
    Only worth face value.

I have a friend that randomly sends me texts like this.
Usually just a picture and a question for my opinion.
I have to remind him my crystal ball and X-ray glasses are both still in the repair shop and the telepathy thingy that was passed down for generations hasn't kicked in yet :p

So my friend texts back and asks if it's a filled D.
Looks filled to me and still worth a cent.
I guess the 74-D DDO variety is worth something?
I looked at sold listings on eBay, some sold for a few bucks and even THEM I couldn't see a DDO.
My analysis is not worth more than a cent unless in a melt bucket.
