A very subjective question, I know, but here's my personal favorite:

My favorite will probably always be the Meiji (and one year Taisho) Japanese Dragon Yens. I can gaze at these for many moments.

 

I like the 1894 German New Guinea issues, but alas I have none to show.

 

Yes very subjective indeed. Now it's about the Art without any value involved.
That can cover a wide spectrum. Its not like asking whats your favorite color,
where you usually get one answer.
For me it helps if both sides are appealing.

 

My German Colonies album will forever have a hole for that particular coin

 

Impossible to pick just one but I've always been partial to these two. Of course, I may answer that completely different tomorrow.

I'm too subjective to have a single answer for this, but I do like oversized coppers. The Meiji 2 Sen (Japan) has to be pretty high on my list.

 

A particularly stunning coin in my eyes.

Caballito 1910-1914 is even better.

 

Personally, I like the 5 Lats better because of the obverse, but not half bad!
