So...I'm a CRH fanatic searching for silver in halves. I get anywhere from 1 to 4 boxes of halves a week from my local Rabobank. While I have found quite a bit of silver, I decided I would try something new. I asked the person in charge of coin ordering at Rabobank (her name is Teri) if she would be willing to let me buy coins deposited in rolls by customers. She said yes. But here is the catch...I wanted to buy all coins that are deposited each week by customers. What she did for me is to tell each of her tellers to take any customer deposited coin rolls of any denominations and set them off to the side in the vault room. On Friday morning she calls me with the total ready for pick up. So, this last week I picked up my two boxes of halves on Wednesday, dumped them back into my account on Thursday (coin machine at Golden 1 Credit Union) and then she called me Friday morning and said I had $507.00 in cents, nickles, dimes, quarters, and halves to pick up. I picked them up and re-deposited them this morning. Here is what I found:

1 Commemorative Half Dollar (Statue of Liberty)

1 1970-s Proof Dime

1 1943 Mercury Dime

1 1950 Roosevelt Dime

2 War Nickles

10 Pre-1960 Nickles

7 Wheat Cents

55 Pre-1982 Cents

1 Canadian Nickle

5 Canadian Cents

2 Kuwait Coins

1 Belgian Coin

I realize it isn't a great haul, but the fact that I get to do this is awesome. My coin lady at Rabobank is just awesome! Teri, you rock!
