Pay $150 for the membership and they give you that back in a rebate against your first submission so technically it's free if you have enough coins. Or you can join for $40 I think then pay full fees. If you have enough coins say 8 or so to submit then save the $40. Plus ngc has a 5 coin minimum anyway

If you want to do that I'd piggyback on a sub at a local dealer or someone here like @C-B-D. Send him a pm. I'd offer but I just sent an ngc order out.

Yes, and you'll pay registered/insured both ways.

Comes to around $50.00/coin for very small batches such as yours.

In your case, I don't believe it will add any extra value to your coins at all.

 

I would not send either GSA in, but if you really feel like you have to I will be sending some in soon and you can piggyback.
