Morgan rim question

    Not my coin and not looking to buy it. Just wondering what is going on with the rim on this coin, if it is legit. Knowledge is power :)

    Looks like a partial rim, aka "Railroad Rim". Just partial because it doesn't go all the way around. Nice find and worth a descent premium since it is a Morgan in nice condition.

    I'm inclined to agree that it looks like a railroad rim. Worth a premium ? Don't know.
