With that rim damage alone? No. In addition, it looks like it had a previous cleaning, and has retoned. MS details.

Definitely nice mirrors and Pl look to it. I am not sure about the cleaning though.
The rims dings definitely hurt the grade

It's really impossible to say from that photo. You are probably concerned about platting or smoothing. I can't say for sure, looking at that photo.

Pci had it 65 dmpl but we all know that means nothing. Mainly concerned with rim damage stopping grade process. Only issues I've had with pci break outs is of course lower grade and questionable color.

Some of the early PCI graded coins had a chance of being as good or better than the grade on the holder. When I was a dealer, I saw a few that would have up graded, but they were common dates, which made such a move not worth the money.

You need to remember that BOTH SIDES have to be P-L to get the designation.

Then you have a shot at P-L, but the rims are going to hold it back. My guess is you will get an MS-64. Getting P-L and cameo for Proof coins seems to be a crap shoot. I've seen coins to which I would have assigned those grades that didn't get them. I've seen others that were borderline that got them.

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

Yes, the rims on this coin will hurt it. But, I don't see anything that would prevent it from straight-grading. I agree with johnmilton that a 64 is probably the most likely grade.

Trying to guess PL vs DPL from images is nearly impossible, but I like what I see.

I agree that it looks like it may have been cleaned. But do bag marks (which I'm assuming caused the rim dings) cause a coin to not get a straight grade?

Not a chance. Too much rim damage, plus the cleaning marks. I stand by details.
