That is a sixth generation ANACS certificate, and one of the last ones. The latest dated sixth generation ANACS certificate I have seen was Dec 12th 1985.
Not for PCGS coins the seven digit numbers only says it is early but they were not issued in sequence number. They have always used random groups of numbers so that dating the certifation number would not be possible. Edit to add that Condor101 can probably give a date range of your slabs type use when you show the whole slab as he does that kind of stuff.:hail:
